Content You Upload: We store documents, notes, audio files, PDFs, and any other content you upload to generate study materials. This content is only accessible by you. Usage Data: We collect information about how you use Acedly including features used, pages visited, and time spent on the platform. Device Information: We collect basic device and browser information including IP address, browser type, and operating system.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the Acedly platform, generate AI-powered study notes, flashcards, quizzes, and podcasts from your uploaded content, improve and personalize your experience, send important updates, respond to support requests, and monitor usage patterns to improve the product.
4. How We Store Your Data
All user data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Your content and account information are protected with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
To provide our services we use: Google (authentication), Supabase (secure data storage), OpenAI (AI note generation), Groq (fast AI inference), Google Cloud / Gemini (text-to-speech and audio), and Stripe (payment processing). Each provider has their own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
